An award-winning medical lawyer and patient safety advocate, my north star is delivering high-value outcomes that make a real difference for people with life changing injuries and their families using a down to earth, personal and relational approach.I advise on all aspects of civil and commercial litigation with particular interest in taking on large institutions in complex, and high-value healthcare malpractice lawsuits. My specialty includes cases of neonatal encephalopathy, acquired brain and spinal injuries, birth injuries, cerebral palsy, brachial plexus and erbs palsy, cancer misdiagnosis, surgical and orthopaedic errors.I invest time to get to know you and your family to identify your long-term challenges such as financial security, mobility and rehabilitation considerations, specialist medical care, case management and emotional support.A proponent of New Law, I have practiced law in both the UK and Ireland. I hold an Executive MBA from Trinity College Business School and was recently awarded a diploma in medical law from the Kings Inns.
